Are your home or office computers  already networked? 
 
All home and office network installation  services are extra and are quoted onsite. We can handle any basic (up to gigabit Ethernet) networking need you might have for your home or office. 
Do you need a static IP? 
  
A static Ip is normally used for network gaming server or a Internet server for streaming video, audio or web pages. It is not recommended for home or businesses that does not have security measurements in place, to have a static IP, to help protect their computers and network. A static Ip is an Internet number that never changes. Since this address can introduce a fixed location to the outside world on another network, it can be abused and possible intrusions ( hacking) can happen without proper security measurements on your home or business network. This option is extra ($5 per IP) per month.
Do you want a firewall option  installed? 
  
A firewall feature  is optional in  our residential and business units. This feature allows your computers to be protected while being on the Internet. This is recommended for residential and business clients that do not have the networking knowledge or hardware needed to secure their home or business networks. This option is at no cost to the business or home. Most cable and DSL providers do no provider a firewall feature. A firewall is needed if  you are file sharing with TCPIP and are online at the same time. Your "File Sharing" is allowing people from the outside world , who are on the internet , to have access to your personal and or business data. This option is extra. Basic router with firewall installed - $99
Do you own your own home, condo  or building?
